Coated Steel

Galvanized sheet is a type of steel that is coated with zinc for protection by an electroplating process. The galvanized layer is applied to cold rolled steel at low temperatures. So it is also known as cold galvanized steel. 

Galvanized roof shingles are made of galvanized steel sheet used for roofing and coated with zinc. The zinc coating provides moisture and oxygen protection for the base steel. According to the galvanizing process, it can be divided into hot-dip galvanized steel plate and electro-galvanized steel plate. The corrugated design improves its strength and enable it to withstand harsh weather conditions.

DX51D galvanized sheet material is a non-ferrous alloy formed by adding other elements to the zinc matrix. The main alloy elements are aluminum, copper, magnesium and so on. Zinc alloy has low melting point, good fluidity, easy plastic processing and welding, and resistance to atmospheric corrosion.

DX52D is a hot-dip galvanized pipe material. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe, the general steel pipe is galvanized. Galvanized steel pipe is divided into hot dip galvanized and electric galvanized two, hot dip galvanized galvanized layer is thick, electric galvanized low cost, the surface is not very smooth.

DX53D galvanized sheet is a commonly used construction steel with a wide range of material properties and applications, excellent corrosion resistance and good processing performance. In the construction industry, this material is widely used in roofs, walls, floors and other parts that need to resist atmospheric corrosion.

The Z275 galvanized steel sheet is a double-sided galvanized carbon steel sheet. This is produced by a metal coating process that passes cold rolled coils through a bath filled with molten zinc.

Z120 is the coating name, which means that the coating thickness on both sides is approximately 120g/㎡ or 36g/㎡ (three-point test). Z120 grade galvanized steel is coated with zinc to make it more durable.

Galvanized steel sheets are covered with a zinc coating to provide corrosion resistance. G40 is a galvanized layer name or A653 standard specification specified in the hot-dip coating process galvanized (galvanized) or zinc-iron alloy (galvanized) steel sheet requirements. 

G60 is the coating grade of steel sheet after continuous hot dip plating process. G represents the "galvanized" or galvanized layer of the product. The number 60 refers to the thickness of the zinc around the steel sheet or the thickness of the entire double-sided coating. 

G90 refers to the coating type and coating weight on the steel plate. "G" means that the coating is galvanized. Meanwhile, the number "90" represents the weight of zinc on the steel. G90 galvanized steel is hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet to improve durability.

When steel components are used to make more complex finished products, they can be galvanized before the product is assembled. This is called pre-galvanizing, or "pre-galvanizing". It may also be referred to as "in-line", "continuous" or "rolled" galvanizing.

Electro-galvanized steel is a plating process where the steel is placed in an electrically charged solution of zinc and saline. This causes the zinc to chemically bond to the conductive steel. Electro-plating is frequently used for coiled sheet steel, which is later formed into shapes such as c-purloins, and corrugated sheets or can be formed and welded into pipes and tubes.
